GENERAL INFORMATION AND DELIVERY

Terms: Where a customer account and credit has been established terms are net 30 days, f.o.b. Indiana or regional warehouse unless otherwise agreed. A 1% service charge will be assessed on all past due balances. New orders for existing Baunfire Athletics accounts with past due balances require prepayment. All initial customer orders require a 100% deposit until credit has been established with Baunfire Athletics.

Freight: All freight f.o.b. Westfield, IN or regional warehouse.

Delivery: Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery on large or custom orders. Standard stock orders – 10 business days.

Returns: No returns accepted after 30 days. Returns allowed only for non-printed merchandise. All returns must be prepaid and we reserve the right to apply a 10% handling charge on all returns.

Order Cancellations: Cancellation of orders for merchandise cannot be accepted after merchandise is printed or on custom orders.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
